Teresa is a highly trained Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist. Certified by the only state licensed school in Florida, at the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy in Tampa, FL. She is a member of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists. Teresa has found hypnotherapy can help with an extensive list of issues from stopping smoking, weight loss, trouble sleeping, lack of confidence / motivation, low self esteem, and finding joy and peace in ones life. Hypnotherapy uses many different modalities to help you reach your goals.
Teresa is also a Registered Nurse, and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. From Weymouth, England originally, has lived in Ft Myers since 1987. She is dedicated to serving others in a kind and compassionate way to help achieve positive and lasting change in her clients lives.
